As with every political campaign…there are many expenses. Yard signs, literature, mailings etc…
My opponents are funded by corporations, businesses, Political Action Committees, and just about everyone who wants something from them AND our borough.
I am the ONLY candidate running a true grass roots campaign with support from the PEOPLE….and myself. I do not take money from individuals or businesses who want special favors or positions. So….
I am asking for YOUR help. No donation is too small! Any amount will help us greatly. Signs, flyers, ballots need to be purchased as in any political campaign. These items are quite expensive but necessary to get the word out to the residents. I also need to raise funds to pay pollworkers on Election day. So far, I have been funding this myself with every paycheck I receive from my job. But the expenses are getting higher and we only have a week left.
Please consider donating to our cause to help bring me back as Mayor of Darby Borough. I know I can represent you to the best of my ability. I have extensive experience in law enforcement as well as supervision of large departments including a police department.
My opponent is basically a car salesman with no experience.
The other person who is running a “write in” campaign is a 22 year old fresh out of school with no experience or employment let alone supervisory experience. His claim to previous employment is a “campaign manager” for a State Representative who was not successful in the election. This write in candidate was BARRED from running for this position because he did not file paperwork. If he cannot file a simple paper that qualifies him to run for Mayor, how can he run a police department?
This is why it is so very important to elect a Mayor who is experienced, qualified and able to serve the public in an honest, accountable, and open way.

The person who is elected to this position must be willing to roll their sleeves up and get the job done. I have done it before and I will do it again. But I need the funding to buy the materials to go door to door with literature and to work the polls on election day.
